The application periods for the fall and spring terms at our university begin on August 1. It is important for both domestic and international applicants to adhere to the following deadlines. All applications and required materials must be received by our office by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the specified deadline dates. Please note that we cannot review your application until we have received all the necessary materials. Our processing of applications begins on September 1.

Regarding academics, we have specific criteria that we look for in applicants. To apply, you need to follow the guidelines outlined in our application process. Financing your education is another important aspect, and we provide information and resources on how to fund your studies. Student life and frequently asked questions are also covered on our website. Additionally, you can plan a visit to our campus to get a better sense of the university environment.

For first-year applicants, we have different decision plans with their respective application deadlines and materials deadlines. These include Spring Regular Decision, Fall Early Action, and Fall Regular Decision. It is crucial to ensure that all applications and required materials are received by our office by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the indicated deadline dates. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 72 hours for our system to reflect the receipt of your application, and you will receive an acknowledgment email the following business day.

Applicants who submit their application within 5 days of the deadline will not receive a reminder regarding missing materials. Early Action is a non-binding decision plan, allowing you to receive your admissions decision earlier without an obligation to commit until the national deadline of May 1 (if applicable).

For first-year admissions decisions, we have three possible outcomes: Admit, Defer, and Deny. Admitted students are those who meet our competitive criteria and can contribute to our campus community. Deferred applicants have the potential for success, and we review their midyear grades and additional supporting materials before making a final decision. Denied applicants are not competitive for admission.

For transfer applicants, we also have different decision plans: Spring Regular Decision, Fall Priority Decision, and Fall Regular Decision. The same application and materials deadlines apply. The admission decisions for transfer applicants include Admit, Defer, and Deny, with similar criteria and considerations as the first-year applicants.

Reentering applicants have their own deadlines and materials requirements, and we encourage completing the reentry application by specific dates to ensure early enrollment appointments. Second-degree applicants also have their application deadlines and materials deadlines, which vary depending on the term of enrollment.

Please note that if a deadline falls on a weekend or a legal US holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
